The way I used to stay in shape.
Fitness
I think that I have good shape, at least it's not too big or too thin. I sometimes go swimming with my friends at the weekend. I often swim 2 and a half laps in the swimming pool and then I play with them. I feel very refreshed after swimming.

Eating habits
I don't have a menu for staying in shape so when I want to lose weight, I will eat vegetables and eat smaller portions. When I am in the process of exercising to stay in shape I will avoid fatty foods and desserts. In my opinion, usually eating fatty foods for the main meals is a very unhealthy eating habit for everyone.

To sum it up, the way for me to stay in shape is to go swimming, eat more vegetables, avoid fatty foods and dessert. Here's all my sharing on how to stay in shape, hope these can help you!
